1. Using Bhandara King

Bhandara King helps people discover and share free community food events — Bhandaras, Langars, Prasad distributions, and similar gatherings. Anyone can browse events as a guest. Creating an account lets you RSVP, volunteer, comment, bookmark events, follow organizers, and post your own events.

2. Your account

Bhandara King is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may also sign in using your Google account.

3. Posting events

If you organize and list an event, you're responsible for the accuracy of its details — timing, location, capacity, dietary and accessibility information — and for honoring it as described. Bhandara King does not organize, sponsor, or guarantee any event listed by a user.

4. No independent verification; limitation of liability

Events on Bhandara King are listed by users — either the person actually organizing the event, or someone reporting on an event run by someone else (see how each listing credits "Organized by" vs. "Reported by" on the event page). Bhandara King does not independently verify the identity, accuracy, safety, legality, or existence of any event, organizer, or listing before or after it's posted.

You attend, volunteer at, or otherwise act on any listing entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhandara King, its developer, and their team accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, illness, property damage, dispute, or other harm arising from or connected to an event listed on the app — including but not limited to a listing being inaccurate, misleading, cancelled without notice, or fraudulent, or from attending, organizing, or volunteering at an event. Use your own judgment, and treat any listing you haven't personally verified with appropriate caution.

5. Community conduct

Don't post spam, fraudulent listings, or content that is abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe. Reported content may be reviewed and removed, and accounts that repeatedly violate these terms may be suspended.

6. No payments or donations

Bhandara King does not process payments, collect donations, or facilitate any transfer of money between users. The app has no feature for sending or requesting money. If anyone contacts you through the app asking for payment, treat it as unverified and outside of what Bhandara King supports — report the event immediately.

7. Promotional banners

The app's homescreen may display promotional banners set by the Bhandara King team (for example, sponsors or community partners). These banners are not user-generated content and are not endorsements by the users of the app. Tapping a banner may take you to a third-party website or app that Bhandara King does not control and is not responsible for. If you'd like to promote something on Bhandara King, you can submit an inquiry through the "Advertise with us" option in the app; all placements are reviewed and managed by the Bhandara King team.

8. Notifications

The app shows in-app notifications for things like event reminders, new comments, new followers, and event changes, and automatically removes older ones (unread notifications after 20 days, read ones 10 days after you open them) — see the Privacy Policy for details. Notifications are provided for convenience only; we don't guarantee they'll arrive, arrive on time, or remain available before they're automatically removed, and you shouldn't rely on a notification (or the absence of one) as the sole way you find out about a change to an event. Where a notification reflects another user's activity (a comment, a follow, an event update), the same limits in section 4 apply — we don't verify that activity before notifying you about it.

9. Maps

Map display and location pinning inside Bhandara King are provided by the Google Maps Platform. Your use of that functionality is also governed by Google's Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service — see the Privacy Policy for how Google handles the data involved.

10. Disclaimer

Bhandara King is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every listing is accurate or safe — see section 4 above for how that applies to event listings specifically.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
